We love hearing our customers share their perspectives about Ceridian’s products and services. But it’s also important to periodically hear what they think about the program we’ve created to enable them to share those perspectives. Ceridian’s Customer Success Program (CSP) is based on one primary theme: The success of any business is the sum total of the success of its customers. When customers are successful doing great things, everyone wins.
Great CSPs provide customers with a platform, a podium and a microphone that enables them to share their experiences with their peers. Our CSP focus is on helping like-minded people share on a horizontal level – in Ceridian’s case, HR people with HR people, finance people with finance people – or vertically, for example people in the grocery industry talking to other grocers, YMCAs talking to other YMCAs, and so forth. When companies use the latest technology tools to help foster communities of like-minded people, the outcome – providing the business is doing its job – is always, on the whole, positive.
At Ceridian’s INSIGHTS 2014 customer conference, we wanted to hear from customers about how we were doing with our own CSP efforts. Are we providing our customers with a platform, a podium and a microphone? Are we giving them a venue in which they could easily share and learn best practices from each other? Do they have an opportunity to use our digital venue to locate like-minded colleagues?
- “One of the things I like about [Ceridian’s XOXO program] … it’s real informative,” said Cassandra Redd, manager of payroll, DC Water & Sewer Authority. “There’s a lot of information on their website and it’s a great way to connect with other users.”
- “I’ve reached out to a lot of people in the XOXO web site,” explained Tom Cielak, director of operations at ACCO. “I’ve gotten some ideas from them on reporting or any type of configuration changes or any enhancements they’ve made that we can maybe utilize in our own environment.”
- “[Ceridian’s XOXO program] helps you feel connected,” concluded Candace Howard, senior payroll associate with ZS Associates.
